"On April 1, 2010, my good friend told me to check out a health center. She was about 30 lbs overweight and has a wedding planned in July. I, too, have always struggled with my weight. I would eat anything and all hours of the day were eating hours. I didnt restrict myself to anything. I have a 3 year old son and it had become so hard to keep up with him. I was 206lbs at 5 feet 3 inches. I never lost my baby weight and I added to it over the past 3 years. I thought I would never lose weight and I would be fat all my life. My husband, of 8 years, never once made me feel uncomfertable yet I somehow felt like my weight was an issue both intimately and physically. When my friend told me about this health center I was immediately interested, She had friends that had tried phentermine and it was a positive experience for them all. I gladly joined her that day and ever since, I have been thanking myself as well as loving myself. I worked in Outside garden at a hardware store and along with one pill a day in the morning and a cleaned up diet, I was on the road to success! I cut out pop and candy, which wasn't that tough, as the pill helps to lessen my urge for sweets. I love this about Phentermine! I added apples, carrots and water to my everyday snacking and hacked out the crap. I have lost 33 lbs in almost 3 months and I feel and look like a new person."

Phentermine.com What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle? |
Kerri I had enough of the squeezing into jeans and sucking in my gut in dresses. I was sick of looking in the mirror and thinking how much i wanted to change. I knew my need to fight these things would push me all the way. |
Phentermine.com What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle? |
Kerri Late night snacking is something I have always done and I catch myself feeling late night cravings, but my willpower over-rides the urge and I go to sleep!!! |
Phentermine.com What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle? |
Kerri Looking in the mirror and seeing myself happy in the reflection. I put my hands on my hips and take full body pictures whereas before, I never liked pictures of myself. I hug my husband and he can wrap his arms all the way around me and it feels soooo amazing. |
