"I was 29 years old when I decided I was ready for a change in my lifestyle. You see, I have been overweight most of my life. I do not remember most of my younger childhood but I started gaining weight when I was around ten - eleven years old and gained weight constantly. The weight was causing me to have self confidence issues. I knew I was overweight, and I knew only I could do something about it. I wanted to lose weight before I turned 30 years old. I had learned of Phentermine through another family member who told me about a clinic in town I could visit to see if I could take it or not. I was in luck and I was put on phentermine. They recommended I cut out all caffeine and go on an atkins style diet as well. I stopped drinking sodas completely that week and I only drank water. After my first week I went back to the clinic and I had already lost roughly seven pounds. After about 7 months on my diet, I lost a total of 85 lbs just from eating healthy, and drinking water. I still am around 218 to this day and I have plateaued and haven't lost much weight since. I need to start exercising more now to push the other 18 pounds. Since it is warmer now I will most likely be starting that here real soon."

A new lifestyle
Phentermine.com What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle?
Daniel The deciding factor is that I was tired of being overweight. I work with my family, my mom, my aunt and my grandfather and my grandfather was moving faster around the shop than I could! I told him that I was tired of being overweight and I wanted to do something about it.
Phentermine.com What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle?
Daniel The most difficult adjustment that I had to face was actually telling myself that I needed to do it. However, once I did start on the plan it became easy.
Phentermine.com What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle?
Daniel The most rewarding part is hearing others telling me that they are proud of me, or that I am inspiring them to go on a diet as well. It's always great to know when you have encouraged someone.
Phentermine.com Do you have any words of advice for the Phentermine.com community?
Daniel Going on a diet and losing weight is a hard and long process. There is no quick change about it, it's a lifestyle change. The first step to start is telling yourself that you need to go on a diet and just do it. Don't set a date way ahead in the future because you might just procrastinate, but try to set it for that weekend coming up. The first week is the toughest. I would also suggest stop drinking sodas and just drink water. Water will help you lose the weight really quickly.
