Christy, 26, has struggled with her weight all her life. It was only until last July when she finally became determined to do something about it. Her doctor recommended her Phentermine and to this date Christy has shown incredible progress in her battle for weight-loss, where she has learnt to improve her eating habits.
"I have always struggled with my weight. Ever since I was a small child, I have been overweight. I have been on many diets and I have lost weight, but I have always gained it back. It really was only until this year that I noticed my weight-gain. I had gotten up to a size 14 and was about to change to a 16. I just got sick of feeling uncomfortable all the time. All my clothes were too tight for me. I really hated it when I sat down and how my stomach would roll over my pants. I knew that it was no-one's fault but mine. So, I decided to go to my doctor and see what she suggested. I have been on Phentermine since July and I have really noticed a difference. I can now wear a size 10 and last time I weighed myself, I weighed 154 lbs. My goal weight is 135 lbs. According to my doctor this is the ideal weight for someone with my height and body size.
Phentermine has really curbed my appetite and it does not make me nervous. I am still eating all the things I like, but just in smaller portions. I do not snack like I used to and really do not want to like I used to. I have increased my water intake. I try and drink water throughout the day when I am at work and when I get home in the evenings. I hope to reach my goal by the end of the year. I think the biggest thing that I have finally realized is that I have to make a life change. This is something that I will always have to do. Eventually, I will be able to stop taking Phentermine, but I will always have to continue watching what I eat."
