I've lost 19lbs!
I started phen Sept 9, 2016. Today is oct 11., 2016. I HAVEN'T had any real side effects maybe a little cotton mouth but that can be fixed with water and chewing gum. My first week i worked out 4 times a wk. The second wk i did work out at all. My 3rd wk i started walking the track maybe 3 miles a day. My 4th wk i really didn't diet or work out. Im 25 years old with 2 kids, my youngest is 10 months. I've just started my 2nd month and its so Much easier because i know what works and what doesn't. My diet is highow carbs. Lots of fish and chicken all baked, veggies and nothing white except for milk in my protein shakes. So far im happy with my results!
