1. Save your picture in a place where you can easily find it. Most people save it in My Documents, on their Desktop, etc.

2. Navigate to http://www.thesighost.com

3. Click Browse

4. Locate the image on your hard drive and click open

5. Click the upload button

6. On the next page, there are 3 boxes with code in them. The first one is called BBCode and it is what you need to post an image. All you need to do is copy that code and paste it into the message area of your post (or your signature if applicable).
