I need some answers. Does phen have a diuretic effect; can it cause a low urine creatinine. Following an injury at work I was urine tested for drugs and the results were "speciman too dilute" non-test. Repeat test have been the same. creatinine 18-20. specific gravity 1.003-1.004(normal) Is it possible that the low creat is due to the phentermin that I take for wieght loss and is there any literature that supports that premise? The employee health nurse has accused my of trying to defeat the test and I would like to keep my job.
