I would like to swap a copy of Hip Hop Abs for a copy of Turbo Jam. Are you interested?




Diet Goals/ Day:
More than 100 oz. water
High Protein/ High Fiber
Less than 1200 calories

Exercise Goals/ Day:
At least 30 minutes cardio
Work Abs - Start with 100
10 minutes WT

General Well-Being Goals:
Wake up at 5:30 a.m. everyday
Cardio/ WT in the a.m.
Evening walk with family

I've got other titles I can burn for a copy of turbo jam! some of my collection:
- Yoga Booty Ballet
- Pilates
- Yoga Fitness
- Cardio Step
- Basic Step
- Tae Bo
- BLT on the Ball (butt, legs and tummy)

( I prefer to work out at home, and i love DVDs most of these I have memorized so I can turn the volume down and blast my own music!)
I do have other titles I just can't remember off the top of my head.

I have TURBO JAM and I would not mind having a copy of HIP HOP ABS and TAE BO.
I also have the following

Power 90
Pilates
Windsor Pilates
Walk a way the Pounds
Belly Dance (Beginners)
Belly Dance (intermediate)
