Well, I'm here, where are you. Went to the gym for several hours of exercise. Wow, I lost several pounds, then on the way home I found it again, damn. Thats ok, it was good intention anyway, do you think? You have a nice weekend, also. How's your workout program going, by the way?

yeah good intentions. My workout program is doing quite well, thank you for asking. I might go a little over board this weekend though. Well I guess that all depends on what mood I'm in. Never know with me.

Yes, I heard that about you, just a little moody, your husband mentioned that the other day when we were talking. But, stay out of your daughters trick or treat bag, LOL. But maybe if you're good, you can have one tiny piece of ?????, you chose, what ever you so desire.

Haha Jack! I dont need my daughters candy, I got my own stash,lol. Yeah, when its gone its gone. No more candy for me but yummmy these almond joys are sooooooooo good. They are the bite size ones. I guess eating a handful bite size ones count as only one candy bar..

Yeah, I'm a moody girl but what girl isn't??

Haha, you gave yourself away, hiding your own little stash, neat. Almond joys are good, a sweet treat after doing the tread mill, LOL, but oh well, we keep trying, I lose, I lose, then I gain, gain, gain, sometimes I think it's a losing battle, but as long as we keep trying, well, you get the picture. Instead of eating the almond joy bar,lick it a few times, then put it back in the wrapper, give it a try.

Jack, there is no way I can lick my almond joy and put back in the wrapper. LOl. It may start out like a lick but then that lick will be too tempting I gotta eat it then. I then might have to get another. See thats how it starts. One lick turns into a feast....

Its actually quite funny thinking of that. This grown woman licking this candy bar and then cant stand it no more, gotta eat it...
