This is just too funny not to share with everyone.

You may not know this but many non-living things have a
gender.

1) Ziploc Bags are Male, because they hold everything
in, but you can see right through them.
2) Copiers are Female, because once turned off; it
takes a while to warm them up again.
3) A Tire is Male, because it goes bald and it's often
over inflated.
4) A Hot Air Balloon is Male, because, to get it to go
anywhere, you have to light a fire under it, and of
course, there's the hot air part.
5) Sponges are Female, because they're soft,
squeezable and retain water.
6) A Web Page is Female, because it's always getting
hit on.
7) A Subway is Male, because it uses the same old
lines to pick people up.
8) An Hourglass is Female, because over time, the
weight shifts to the bottom.
9) A Hammer is Male, because it hasn't changed much
over the last 5,000 years, but it's handy to have
around.
10) A Remote Control is Female. Ha! You thought it'd
be male, didn't you? But consider this - it gives a
man pleasure, he'd be lost without it, and while he
doesn't always know the right buttons to push, he
keeps trying!

I loved this one, I'm still laughing.(Enjoy)

This is something I didn't realize:

Will drinking a caffeinated soft drink make someone dehydrated? Recently the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Sciences (IOM/NAS) issued new recommendations for fluid intake (including fluid from all beverages and foods). The commonly held belief was that moderately active people should drink at least eight (8 oz.) glasses of water a day and that caffeinated and alcoholic beverages were dehydrating.

Now, after careful review of all the research related to hydration, including several important new studies, the IOM/NAS has concluded that all beverages and foods contribute to hydration, including caffeinated and alcoholic beverages.

What about that?

Hmmmm, thats very interesting. So your saying my coffee and when I drink my beer (lite) are all helping me with my fluid intake. Thats so cool, here I thought I had to force down water all day No really, I'm not big on soda or tea so if I need my caffeine, I get that from my morning coffee.

Question for ya Jack? Where do you get all this useful information? Where ever you do , keep it coming.

For sure, coffee & tea & beer are my weakness also. But like I said, it's fluid, the more the better. But you don't have to force down water, I found if I add some lemon juice, just a little, it's more refreshing to drink large quantities, or you could try a little lime.
As far as where I get all my information, I can't tell you my source, so if you want to send me to a Federal Prison for not telling you, so be it. But as long as you find it useful, I'll keep it coming. Cheers!

Oh by the way, some of the flavored water drinks are refreshing to drink & more pleasant to the taste. They are low in calories and it's nice to switch once in awhile to break the mundane everyday habits. Have a good day.

Thank you Jack. I still go for my old time best to second - distilled water. But at least I could have my 6 oz cuppa without feeling bad. Cheers!
