I just had to pass this on to all you lovely ladies out there. I think it will help boost your hard work and your deidication to being that new you!

Can you guess what size the average American woman wears? Size 2? Size 4? After
all, that's what the media would lead us to believe. Guess again. 50 million
American women are size 12. Don't get down because you are not the smallest
person around. Cherish who you are and work on being healthy, no matter what
your size.

Jack (I think this is a valid point) Don't you?

I agree!! We need some curves.

Thanks, todays society is about being so thin and the models in the magazines has no butt or shape at all. Its good to know there are a few out there that like some curves. By the way, thats a size 10 in that picture.

Hey Michelle: Yes, it looks like you're doing great, size 10 is wonderful. Keep up the good work. And curves are nice, for sure.

Michelle, I had the pleasure of viewing your drawings, very nice. You are very talented. Your daughter's drawing was very nice and the one of Elvis was fantastic. Thanks for sharing the website.

Michelle is really good at drawing. Yup and I enjoyed viewing them too!

Too bad - size 12 is NOT common size over where I am. Size 4/6 should be... but I'm happy... when one is no longer young, one look at health and smile... LOL ...

Don't cut yourself short, as Singapore is noted for it's smaller people. So comparing to the American population, size 12 isn't so bad, now is it? And 5' 2" @ 136 lbs, I see nothing wrong with that. Besides, you have other attributes, right, you are rich, cute, smart & sexy.

Thank you Jack for the weekend "Gift of words"

When I was in America and you guess what? I make myself happy just by sitting around looking at all those bigger people... But that's "Garfield theory"... Q) How to lose weight fast? A) Stand next to one who's bigger.

Now I'm back to reality... I'm considered border-line obsese grade I (one). So I have to be positive (that's why I was given Phen by doc)
