Hi everyone? Is there a specific forum that just talks about working out?

Hi Tbandy,

We don't have a specific forum related to working out, but in "Supporting and Motivating Each Other" there's a Challenges forum, encouraging weight loss through diet and exercise plans, and daily in the "My experience with phentermine" there s a tredders and shredders post where people post their workout (this is started by our forum members themselves of their own accord).
