I've been on Phentermine since Monday, so Monday coming up will be a week. I have had no appetite but it is slowly building. I hadn't eaten for a day....then a morning...then I finally remembered to eat this evening. I felt hungry..even with the plenty of water I have been drinking. So my bf ordered pizza and I ate three and a half medium pizza slices. I am full, but I am wondering...was that too much? Did I compromise my diet?? I am a binge eater and I have been for years...every meal is emotion driven. It has gotten to the point where I don't know what a normal portion is. I hope I didn't gain the 4 pounds I lost all back tonight!!!!

Hi,
I would say 3 slices of pizza is definitely too much. You should have forced yourself to eat something during the day. Small salad, a piece of fruit, even a glass of skim milk is good.
You have to learn to eat 3 meals a day because in a very short time, your appetite will come back. It will be easier to control because of the Phen, but it will come back, that's for sure.

I have the same problem in relation to the appetite. What I started doing oas of today is to set my watch to 2.5 hour intervals alarms and that will remind me to eat. I figured 4 regular meals and 2 snacks will be good. I am doing a meal plan called the Perricone plan and from past experience it left me sated and fulfilled. I did not crave carbs after the first day ( I was a carboholic.
Making sure to eat is very important as you do not want your body to enter starvation mode. This would make losing the weight even more difficult.

Hi, I started the Phen on Thursday and I haven't lost any weight yet. I am following the Atkins diet. I know it has only been 4 days but I have cut back so much. I have not cheated any. I am having trouble drinking all of the water though. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Nice to meet ya Tam! I just wanted to say what you already know...4 slices is too much. next time eat a big green salad with a little low-fat dressing and then try to eat just one or 2 slices of pizza. Also i just had to say that i can not believe you weigh as much as you say...you look so beautiful and fit with curves all in the right places. Im jealous just kidding but you really are very pretty.

Don't be to hard on yourself. You really do need to eat multiple times during the day. If you can time them to be the exact same time everyday then your body will shed fat easier. If you don't eat your body will think it is starving and just store the fat. Example is eat brk 7a/snack 10a/lunch 12p/snack 3p/dinner 6p about the same time everyday and you will most def loose the wieght.
