I have several videos that you may like. I can't do high impact stuff so I have several low impact aerobics tapes: Walk the Walk (Christian Inspired-Leslie Sansone is the instructor)-It's very simple marching, side steps. It's 2 worksouts on one tape. The first workout equals one mile and takes about 20 minutes. The second one is two miles and probably takes closer to half an hour. Then I have a set of Leisa Hart TNT tapes (she's from the "Buns of Steel" tapes) These are aerobics (30) minutes, arms and ab, and buns and and thighs. I didn't like them because they were a little too easy and didn't get my heart rate up. If you have something to trade, great - if not, that's okay too. They are just gathering dust here on my entertainment center.
