I have to say tomorrow would be my 1st whole week, and first official weigh in. I am down 6lbs(as of 3/13)I believe. Were I see the most weight loss according to my boys is my Upper tummy(btwn my breasts and belly button) I have not seen it yet. but the verdict is from my boys.
PEOPLE AT WORK ARE SAYING MY FCE, BUT AT HOME IN THE MIRROR IT LOOKS LIKE MY TUMMY IS A LITTLE DEFLATED COMPARED TO USUAL. I WAS SURPRISED B/C THAT USUALLY IS NOT THE EASIEST PLACE TO LOSE IT. I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO. BUT MY DREAM WOULD BE TO LOSE SOME BUST. I AM A 42DDD, AND I THINK IT MAKES ME LOOK BIGGER THEN I AM.
I WISH I COULD. BUT BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR IT IS SUCH A PAIN LITERALLY. I WAS JUST A D CUP BEFORE MY CHILDREN, AND WENT UP ANOTHER CUP WITH EACH OF THEM. EVERYONE TOLD ME THAT AFTER YOU BREAST FEED YOUR BREAST GET SMALLER-NOT!!!!!
I would have to say my face and back near the bra line.
My face is looking skinnier/more defined cheekbones and my side love handles seem to be shrinking bit. For my face - I quit my 5+ a day diet coke addiction and I think that really took away some of the bloating I was experiencing all around now that I am drinking more water. I notice that retained a lot of fluids when I drink diet sodas and just look generally puffy.
My hope is that my butt and thighs will be next on the list to start shrinking!
I haven't seen yet but i think it would be my waist..
I would have to say everywhere but my arms. That is the only thing I am having trouble loosing.

The key to loosing weight is exercise, drink alot of water, watch your portions and nothing white
I would say my upper chest and then my face. Why it couldn't have been my stomach and hips...I don't know...I guess eventually they are next in line!

I found my thighs and behind is where i have lost first.
because I'm only 10days and 7lbs in to the Phen experience I would say my FEET! haha no kidding I am 6ft, I wear a size 11 in womens, and my feet have always been 'Fred Flintstone' feetbut I love flip flops, and chubby feet or not I sport them things all year lol
in the past years I've watched my piggies get chubbier and chubbier, now I can watch them get skinnier![]()

I can see in my face, chest, and those lovely side boob things are going away. Next is my waist, last to go is always butt and thighs on me.

I lost all of my butt and thighs. I did NOT, however, lose my DDD Cup chest. Before at least I was pretty proportionate because I had a much bigger body.So now I look like a god damn bimbo and my chest weighs a ton.![]()
@babydazelala omg im so scared thats going to happen to me. so far i lost 18 pound i dont want to lose my butt i like that part i just want the tummy and arms to go down i'm going to be pissed if i lose my butt. you kn ow of anyways to prevent that?
The first place i see a difference is in my face and neck..I too wear a size
42DDD. Right now i like them because having bigger chest, my belly doesnt look as big.. earlier this year i had lost 22lbs and didnt lose anything in my breasti hope they get smaller the more i lose..i would love to buy my bras at walmart instead of Lane Bryant($34)..
I have to say people say my face but i havent noticed it except for my legs when im in my work clothes.. 12lbs down!!
Everyone says the face. I can tell I am gaining my neck back and my tummy is alittle flatter (dont expect it to be totally flat due to child bearing).
When I first began the phen I noticed the feet.
Pretty disappointed about the arms. I have been doing arm exercises but I have not noticed any changes in the arms. Just a lot more flabby due to fat loss.
