My first mini-goal when I started all of this was to be at 210 by Valentine's Day. This morning at my official weigh in, the scale showed me 210 exactly! I couldn't believe it, I was sooo excited
Next week I'm chaperoning a group of 50-something 14 year olds on a trip to Washington DC from Maine; we're making lots of stops and some of them will be VERY fattening stops. So it will definitely be a test of my new-found willpowerWish me luck!
Next mini-goal is ONE-DERLAND by my birthday on March 25th![]()
