Well, I finally made it! It was a struggle and took me about 8 months, but I'm so happy I didn't give up and just kept on trying. I feel great and now I can't wait until summer!

i just started this week and i was wondering how did you find that phentermine worked the best...i guess basically how did you diet? all of my friends that took it starved there self and i know that as soon as they get off and start eating they are gonna gain it all back so i don't want to do that. also do you know if it's like alli and you can't eat fatty food with it?
No- it is NOT like Alli. However, it stands to reason that not eating fatty foods will help you reach your fat loss goals faster, no matter what you're taking or what exercise program you're doing.
Personally, like many others on this forum, my doc said to keep my cals areound 1200/day, which I do religiously. Of course, I have had a few days- literally 3 or 4 since I started Phen on Dec. 10th- where I have been over my cals. I'd go crazy otherwise, but I always get right back to 1200 the very next day. More than 1 "high cal" day in a row will definitely bring back the pounds I jsut lost- and who in their right mind wants to have to lose the same fat over and over again?
As for exercise- you HAVE to do that, ladies- you have to! If you need to start slowly the first few weeks and ease in to it- fine! Do that! The last thing you want to do is injure yourself by overdoing it. If you do that, it will be a huge set back because you'll have to wait until you heal to exercise again and by that time, you'll be out of the habit of exercising and definitely won't be in the mood to exercise. So, take it slow if you have to, but GET MOVING , whatever you do! Need help/direction with that? There are some great threads here that have exercise challenges on them. Join one of those and dedicate yourself to HONESTLY checking in with those ladies every single day and fessing up about your exercise. I do it- it works for me. There are days when I could care less about exercising- I'd rather rest on the couch in front of the tv, but I KNOW I have to get on here and tell everyone how I did. It definitely helps get me moving!Try it!
