I just started Phen on Saturday, prescribed by my Dr., and stepped on the scale today just to take a peak. I told my self that I would only weigh once a week, but couldn't help myself, and I am already down 8 pounds which is fabulous!!! It gives me so much energy, and I feel great!!! I have been so mellow and happy over the course of the last few days, I love it. I hope this effect lasts! I hope the weight keeps dropping too.

Same Here! Started the 12th down 10lbs as of today! LOVE having the energy and the fact that we can all see the changes really helps! I can't wait until my next dr's visit, I may kiss that woman!!!

How amazing- you are SSOOOO lucky! I only lost 6 lbs. my first week! After 5 .5 weeks, I am down a total of 17.7 lbs. and I am very happy with that, too!
