I have been doing the free version of fitday.com. Is anyone else on there?
It can be a bit time consuming if you are a silly eater like myself. (Vegetarian who has to make everything herself) But I have made so many improvements in my food, nutrition and all around health by using all of the little tools.
I have been using a Nutrition Facts Database to figure out all of the nutrients of every little thing I eat.
If you are using it, maybe we could exchange user info and ideas?
