Started Phen July 24 at a size 20-22
Oct 2 now in a size 16 at 189lbs
Dec 9 2009 175lbs ....now I can fit into some size 14's !!!!P.S also half way to my goal
Jan. 13 2010 170 lbs.... size 14's fitting a little lose now. Awesome start to 2010 im down 6 sizes and 40 lbs.
Jan. 29 2010 168lbs.... seem to be in a rut... so stepping up the workout. can fit in some size 13/12 now so still losing inches

Congrats on your success! It is post like yours that keep me motivated. Especialy when I'm hungry! What are you doing to lose the gut? That's my problem area. You've done well!
Thank you all for the encouragement... And for the question of what im doing to get rid of the gut? well so far I've only been doing crunches but I really need to find a new solution to tone up the flab. If that is even possible .
