Hi everyone. I just wanted to announce that I have lost 17 pounds as of this morning. I am so excited, I dont thin I ever weighed 212. I went to my first weigh in on tuesday and my Dr. was like I am very impressed. Thats great, keep up the good work. I was t hinking to my self, why didnt we ever talk about this when I was a teen ager and couldnt loose any weight then either, but then oh well, thats the past, and my future is looking thin......I have started my 2nd month of Phen, and I already have lost 3 more pounds. And I havent been able to work out except for one time in 2 weeks and I am still loosing. The new clothes I had to buy are already getting to big, but thats ok. I can go and buy more. would love to be a 14 the next time I buy clothes, and buy them in the regular size not the plus size...........

Way too go!!! You have to be stoked!! I can "hear" the excitement in your post. I wanted to ask you what your normal diet is?? I am three weeks into this and I have lost 12 lbs maybe. I say that because I gained four back lost two, can 1 lost three... So I would say I am stuck right now... If you can give me any of your pointers that would be mucho appreciated!!! Keep it up though your weightloss encourages me...

Thanks everyone for the support. its nice to hear.......
I dont really have a "diet" that i am sticking too. I asked the dr. for a diet adn the 2 that he gave me was not appealing to me at all. So, the first week, i was not hungry at all, so I was just trying to eat a little so i wouldnt get sick from not eating. the 2nd week i was really trying to eat more veggies for snacks and with my meals. and working out about 3-5 days a week for about 2 hrs at a time, i go to a gym to work out. I take an aerobics class 2 days a week and do cardio after that and the other days. I have also started running on the tredmill. I have also been trying to eat 3 meals, and lots of water, and 100 calorie snacks. every once in a while I will eat somting like a blizzard from DQ. a small one. I try not to eat 2ns on food. and fill up faster now. I really and truely didnt eat a lot before I started on the Meds, but I am tying to watch more I guess. I guess I am doing the right thing, since I am loosing weight and havent been able to exercise for about 2 weeks, due to vacation, and this week not haveing a car to get me there. I am hoping to be down to 200 in a week or two. the only problem I have had with the meds, is the sleeping. I cant go to sleep till after midnight sometimes and the other night i was still awake at 5 am. slept pretty good last night. but anyways, i hope you all are doing great, and good luck. |

Thanks for getting back at me. It sounds alot like what Iam doing also, except for the working out.. I just cannot get motivated to work out... I need a kick in the pants... Anyway keep it up I am trying not to get discouraged because I am stuck at 223 now and cannot seem to budge off of that.. I am on my third week and the appetite has increased some but I eat really healthy so hopefully next week I will drop more...
