Okay, so I am new to the phen world, but I started a week ago today and weighed this morning for the 1st time, I have lost 9 pounds in my first week. I have always thought it crazy when someone big who is dieting says that they are not hungry...well, I can honestly say that I am NOT hungry during the day. I have to force myself to eat something. However, in the evenings I do get a little hungry.
Any ideas on low fat breakfast/lunches?
