First week itself I lost 10 pounds and I couldn't beleive it. Then the loosing was slower but I still was able to see the difference. Of course my eating habits change from greasy to healthy. No more combos with extra cheese and bacon, but only salads or wraps. I feel great, I haven't started the exercise routine, but planning to begin next week. I guess I want to make sure I could stick with it for more than two weeks, when always my diets loose control, but this time I don't feel like am dieting. It is more that I learn how to eat, healthy which makes the difference.

? I know when I lost 10 lbs I could not tell a difference, but i am 5'7 as well. You can tell a big difference in your pic, your face is much smaller and your tummy is gone. I think even though you may have lost slower, you lost major inches..way to go!
