For those doing B-12 and Lipo shots

Hi everyone! If you are doing the B-12 and lipo shots, how often are you getting them done??? The place where I go is a little bit of a distance for me...so I only get them done once a month....however, I am thinking about once a week now to up things...How are you all doing???

The doctor I was going to only offered them once a month. But, I switched doctors (to one closer to home) and they offer it once a week. Today is my second week seeing him, and I go in today for my second shot.

I just got my 2nd shot yesterday. Last week was my first week on phen and the shot and I done great.....I lost 10 pounds!! So I don't know if it was the mixture or what...but I can tell a difference in my tummy!

I get them every two weeks because of the distance. When I do get them I get a double shot. I do know they give them once a week. It has worked wonders for me as well. From what I have been told you see it more with the inches than the actual pounds. I have lost about 20 inches since I started and I do think alot of that is because of these shots.

If it i a far drive you may want to ask them if they will let you give them to yourself!? At my clinic they are letting us purchase 2 weeks worth of the meds for Thanksgiving break to give to ourselves. I know many people are nervous about giving them selves an injection but my husband is going to do it....Also my injection is not just B12, it has Hcg in it too.....

What is Lipo? And is th B12 something I should be getting? My doc didnt mention this??

The Lipo shots are to help break down the fat. You can do more research on it by google.

I go in for my first shot this morning and am praying it all works out.

Are you seeing any results with the shots?? Is it a combo shot? Or are they 2 different shots?

They are two different shots - one in only th B-12 qd the Lipo is one shot with a combo of B-12 and amino acids. The doctor told me I should just take the B-12 alone and if I plateau to get the Lipo shot. Ofcourse he gave me the Phen pills too 15mg.

Well~~~The first week that I went, which was a distance i got the shot and I lost 7 lbs. The next week that I went, they were out of the shots so they gave me tablets and I got three weeks worth. This was also on a lower dosage pill and a different name.

I just started to take the Phentermine this week with the shot and let me tell you~~~The shot is much better as far as the boosting of metabolism and energy. Go every week if you can to get the shot because it keeps you on track and you can feel the difference.

As far as the pill?? OMG!! I cant go to sleep and I talk to whomever I can, whenever I can. I love to sleep in late but I can't.....

I got B12 shots in the past and agree, they seem to help more with losing inches, than weight. Now I'm taking B12 vitamins instead.

Wow Bethann! Your picture on your signature is amazing! I cant believe thats only 17lbs later! Just imagine 30lbs! You look amazing... so much younger too!

My doctor made me get my blood drawn to check my level when I asked for the B12 shot. Results said I was within the normal range so they won't give me one. Did you guys have to go through this or did you just ask and they gave? I saw B12 vitamins at Walgreens - do they work?

I started Phentermine on 11/1/2008. I was 212 lbs and now I am 194 today. I take B-12 shots once a week, 10cc. I give them to myself because it is too far to travel to the doctor's office. The doctor prescribed the B-12, Phentermine, along with a diuretic that I take as needed. I do feel as if I have more energy and I walk at least 2 miles a day. I am 5'8 inches tall and my goal is 150 lbs. The shots are easy to administer and the needle is so small, it does not hurt. I tend to retain fluid so I only take the diuretic when I notice swelling, especially in my feet and ankles.

im getting the b-13.b-6 and fat burner shot! and my doctor offered them once every week, but i cant afford phen,hctz and 4 shots a month so i just get them every two weeks!!!
