Default 51 pounds gone, can you believe it?
That is the amount I have lost since coming here in April. Yes, I still have a very long way to go. But who would have thought that I would be close to the 180's when I have struggled most of my life just to be under 200. I guess it is time for another before and after.













*LOL* I think this is as brave as I can get. I just can't believe it. I feel so much better than I could ever realize. Though I wont be strutting my stuff, I know that I am a healthier better me and there's still more to come. April was when I started. Hopefully by the end of the December challenge I'll be at least 160 or 170. I'm aiming for at least 2 pounds a week. 8 pounds a month. *LOL* I have tried to stay away. But I really miss you guys . So anyway, yeah, sorry for the show and all, but it's the only way you can truly see just how far. I wish I would have felt more comfortable in my skin at 244 than I do now at 192. I would have been able to show a pic of before. The yellow outfit is my best before as it was right when I started.

I have lost 45. but it has taken me from Mar 5th to now.

I started April 16th. It's been since then. It's much slower than the first month (I lost 12 pounds). It's been about 8-10 pounds or so average a month.

If I can't get to exercising, I make sure I do something (clean house, mow lawn) to keep me motivated. I keep track of what I eat and eat 1200 calories a day.
