LOST 23LBS IN 7WKS-
YES !!!!!!!!!! I'M FINALLY DOWN 23LBS AND I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD DO IT.
I'VE HIT BUMPS ALONG THE WAY AND THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER BREAK THE 208/207 MARK . BUT ONE DAY I WOKE UP TO DO MY MORNING RITUAL WEIGH IN AND I WAS DOWN TO 202 , YES IN ONE DAY . SO PLEASE IF YOU GUY'S FEEL THAT YOUR DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT DON'T STOP B/C YOUR CHANGE WILL COME SOON  OH, AND BY THE WAY I'VE SWITCHED TO BONTRIL INSTEAD OF PHEN ,FOR ONE WEEK AND NO ONE TOLD ME I WOULD TURN INTO A HORNDOG  - THANK GOD I HAVE MY TUBES TIDE. I WOULD GET PREGNANT EVERYDAY !!!!!THANKS GUY'S FOR YOUR SUPPORT

Hi I just joined the Forum and wanted to say sounds like your doing great on the Phen ..Had a question for you , Do you think getting the B12 along with the Phen really makes a differance ? Also have you had any problems sleeping ?

WOW Your all doing great
I really hope I have the success you guys have had so far .Im new and have been on phen since 5/20 my starting weight was 191 and my current weight now is 185 I need to lose another 54 lbs that seems so hard and my doctor says he only puts his patients on phen for 6 weeks so im really worried about that also is there anything i can take for energy as well?
