It's been a while since I've been on here. It's so inspirational to see everyone's success stories.
I've recently read/heard about the Master Cleanse Diet (I believe Beyonce did it as well).
Does anyone know if it really works?
And do you really just drink that lemonade all day long and nothing else?
I'm really curious about it, but wanted to find out if anyone ever tried it.
