OK ppl what's good i go to the doctor for my first mouth weight in i feel real good about this I'm down 17 lbs its been kinda hard but it's well worth it. all that getting up at 5am going to gym working out. it's paying off in pounds off an i started wearing clothes that i could not wearbefour i can wear them again

Ohhhhhhhhhh Yeah me too !!!! I just re-upped last week for the first time and although it's a challenge isn't it great wearing clothes we previously pushed to the back of the closet hoping one day to get into them? With one month gone we're closer to the finish line, Congratulations, we're all in the struggle together especially at 5am

Congrats on your progress!
My refill is in 5 days as well. I've lost 10 pounds so far.
The only thing is the first 9 came off in like the first week and a half or so
and the other 2 pounds have taken the rest of the month. I feel like I'm in
a slump already.
Any suggestions. I'm not really sure what my diet plan should be. I've been told low calorie, then i was told low carb. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
