OK people it's been 10 days an i lost 11 lbs i think that's great my start weight was 254 on 4/29/08 an today which is 5/9 08 I'm 243

That Is so great! Way to go ... 11 pounds in 10 days !! Im new to this thing and I have not decided which pill to start using yet , This is soo motivating ! Do you work out Everyday? Which brand do you have?

JUST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND REMEMBER WATER,WATER,WATER. EVERYDAY IS A NEW DAY AND JUST REMEMBER YOUR 1 MORE DAY CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL WEIGHT. DON'T GET DISCOURAGED IF YOU DON'T LOSE ANYTHING IN A WEEK , LET YOUR CLOTHES BE THE JUDGE FOR YOU. YOU CAN BE LOSING ALOT OF INCHES W/ OUT SEEING IT ON THE SCALE.

yes I've been going to gym 5 times a week an doing like 2.5 miles on treadmill the morning
