Talking Need some words of encouragement!!!
Ok so last week was a total bust…I was having a hard time emotionally and not to mention I was on my TOM! I didn’t take my pill for a few days because I was pretty sick and was afraid that it would make it worse..so today is a new day, I’m going to weigh myself after this week because I know I have put a little back on since last week!! My friend and I at work are starting to workout everyday before we have to be there…I’m pretty spoiled, we have a workout facility at work that we get to use for free…brand new equipment and it doesn’t help that I have a great friend that is willing to keep me motivated!! So if you wouldn’t mind, give me a few words of wisdom/encouragement! Have a wonderful day!!

We all have bad days and weeks....... doesn't mean we can't do it or that we should stop...KEEP ON GOING!!!!!!!!! I HAD A BAD WEEK THIS WEEK strep throat and tom together... do you think i even want to weigh now???? i think NOT!!! BUT we will both keep going.....As Rick says,"no surrender, no retreat"!

We all have days we don't do as good as what we want. Let's just work at it again. You are doing great with your weight loss. Keep up the good work. I know there are days that I have to keep myself in check and days I've slipped.

I printed off a picture of me at 285 lbs in February and a recent pic and stuck that bad boy to my refrigerator door, bathroom mirror, mirror in bedroom and put one in my wallet.

Saturday, we were shopping in the mall and I saw Sbarro and almost had the big O! However, I pulled out that little picture I carry around and saw how depressed and lonely I was then and decided I'd have a chicken kabob instead with brown rice, because I am here for a reason.

Also, get some work out buddies. When I want to stop because of little reasons, like not being able to feel my arms or legs, lol, my girlfriends really help me and keep me focused. It's very hard work but when you see some results, it just pushes you to go harder and stronger than before.

We all have our bad days... they wouldn't call it life if we didn't have them.
Keep in mind this is a lifestyle change. And the choices you make today will effect tomorrow.
More importantly~ You should be proud that you have lost 12 lbs! That is amazing!!! Just remember 12 is off of your body. What helps me, is I find things around the house that adds up to the equilivent to the lbs that i've lost... and i try to pick them up... it gives me a awesome visual of what i've lost and what not to go back to. It blows my mind how I feel after i pick up my daughter, who weighs 22lbs, and force myself to carry her around the house for 10 mins... My thought is CRAP!!! I 've lost 34... and just this 22 is hard.... then i think of what it's was doing to my body....
In short, it gives me a great visual and motivates me, of what I've lost, and what's was once on me!

SW = 259 1/24/08
CW 2/21/08 = 238 Lost 20 lbs
CW 3/20/08 = 234 total 24 lbs went off phen
CW 4/18/08 = 221 toal 33 lbs *reached mini goal
CW 6/9/08 = TOM & Vacation.... 231 dang it- But it was fun
CW 7/1/08 = 219 Down 40lbs!!! YAY!!! =D

Next Mini Goal = 209

10lbs down by August 1st!!!!

The very WORST thing you can do is give up. I was on the Phen a few years ago and was upset because the other clients in the clinic lost somuch more than me that I got jealous and gave up. Not knowing that other's metabolism,age,exercise cause them to lose faster than my no exercising behind. So this time I am determined not to give up. Brush off yesterday and start a NEW day with Phen. Utilize the FREE equipment as much as possible. Post a picture on the fridge (if you have one) of how you looked at your lowest weight so that you'll stay motivated.

Default Just keep looking forward
I am in still in month two and I try to think of how I want to be around for my family, ( I have high blood pressure and high cholestrol. The other thing I do is equate food into how long I will have to work out for, this generally makes me put the large piece of pizza down for the small child size. The best thing I do is force my self out of bed every weekday morning at 4:40 to go work out. I have done the weight loss "thing" before, but thinking of my new family is the best motivation I have. Just keep on looking at the your goal and the little bumps will dissapeare.
