Talking After one month
So it's been about a month since I've been on Phentermine and a healthy diet. I've lost about 20 lbs. My friends and family constantly say "Oh you've lost so much weight", but I'm yet to see it or feel it. The one thing that keeps me going (and away from fast food =]) is coming on here and seeing everyone who has had success.

Why do you say you've yet to see it? Are you wearing the same clothes? Aren't they fitting at least more comfortable or bigger? Isn't the scale saying something lighter than before?

Don't be so hard on yourself! Be very proud, you've done a great job and there will be more to come off. The best thing is when people notice and TELL YOU. They aren't lying to you to make you feel good trust me, they would rather keep it to themselves and pity you.

Congrats on the weight loss!

Cam~

Way to go!!! It's hard to tell when it is yourself. Maybe have someone take a picture of you and then you can compare?

It is wonderful that you have lost so much weight. I know what you mean. It also helps me knowing that I'm not fighting this battle alone and there are others who have struggled and are succeeding. I also know that there will be people who will knock sense into me when I'm doing something that is going to prevent me from losing (whether I like what is said or not) or encourage me when I am having a bad day. Don't get me wrong, my hubby and family are encouraging, but my hubby has never had to struggle a day in his life with weight and my family for the most part only has to lose a little weight. So, it makes it somewhat harder for them to understand the struggle to lose an enormous amount of weight. Keep up the good work.

Pics do wonders to let you know how things really look. Look at mine! Alot of the time, I couldn't tell either except in my clothes, but it didn't physically look like it. With my pics now, that I have put in front of my treadmill, I can definitely see a difference!

You are doing awesome! Keep up the good work!
