I have started taking Phen again for the 2nd time but, I don't think it is working. I don't feel the same this time as I did before. The 1st time I took it I had a euphoric feeling like I was on top of the world, never hungry, alot of energy, light headed. I know it sounds crazy but, it almost made me feel clear headed and I swear it cleared up my sinuses too LOL. This time I am not feeling that "high" that I felt the 1st time. Does this mean that it is not working? I don't remember if it took a while to feel like this before or if it was instant. So, I guess my question is does it take a while for it to start working or should it be instantly?

I have heard many ppl saying this isnt as strong as the phen they took before. How long ago was it that you were taking it?

It was about 7 months ago. The pills look the same but, definately aren't having the same effect.

Is it controlling your hunger? Everything else is pretty much a side effect- aside from a smallish metabolism boost. Good side effects are still side effects.
It may take a week or two to kick in, too.

I am a second time user. I took it after my first son and lost 68 pounds in about 4 months! I loved it and felt just like you. That was three years ago. I just started again and feel a little light headed but I can still take a nap and on it and feel hungry at times. The worst part is I'm not losing the weight likeI did. In two weeks I have lost like 3 pounds....if that. HELP!

This is also my second time taking it. It doesn't give me the "euphoric" feeling I had before, and I still find myself hungry during the day. I don't have the "cotton mouth", or the craving of water as before. I last took it 2 years ago for 4 months and lost over 40 pounds. Now, I have barely even lost 2 pounds in the 10 days I have been on it. I thought it was just me. Glad to hear it's not just me. Im very disappointed...I am wondering if they changed the formula in the past year or two?

Are you exercising regularly?
Are you keeping active?

I'm not trying to pry or be mean!

I'm curious.

I'm curious because I am thinking I would like to get off for a while to see how I will do.... I mean I plan to eat and exercise the same...

Okay well I plan to exercise more because I haven't been on top of my exercise

OMG...I thought I was crazy! The exact same thing here! I'm doing everything exactly the same as before and no results. I lost 45 lbs in 3 months 2 years ago. Now on Phen for the 2nd time and nothing. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks now and I'm only down 8 lbs. The Dr. says to keep taking it...that it may take my body a little bit to adjust. I am exercising, drinking the water, etc. but its definetly not working like it did the first go round. Let us know what happens with you.

LOL- but I think you were asking those who are having trouble losing as fast as they think they should be losing.

By the way, 8 lbs. in 3 weeks sounds good to me. It's within the recommended amount for healthy weight loss.

I also took Phen before and have been taking it again & it feels like they do not work. It was a couple of years ago that I took them.

same thinq happeninq to me ___ but i believe the more u weight the more you'll lose and the less u weight the harder it is to lose ___ so it might be that

This is my 3rd time on Phen. I have the same effects as the first time, dry cotton mouth, needing water every 30 minutes and motivated. My 1st time on Phen i lost 50 or 60 lbs, my second time(1 year and half later) i went on for a few months and the meds didn't work, so maybe this time I can get it off and keep it off like the 1st, By the way I only been on like 4 days this round.
