
I need some advice, please!
I'm new to phen - just started taking it 4 days ago. I don't really feel like I've lost anything, but I'm trying not to weigh in until this Saturday (want to give myself a full week). I'm just wondering, what diet and exercise plans are you following?
My doctor said to eat a breakfast consisting of a bowl of cereal, a fruit juice and a piece of fruit, 2 pieces of toast or a bagel, and a yogurt or cottage cheese.
For lunch, he said do a lean cuisine or a turkey sandwich.
For dinner, he said to either skip dinner, or (if I must) eat a salad with low-fat, low-cal dressing.
For the most part, I've been following this. I'm not sure if I'm getting enough calories through out the day. I'm wondering how many calories I need. I've heard too few can be bad for weight loss.
Oh, also, I should mention that I hit the gym 4 or 5 times a week for 30 minutes on the ellyptical and strength training.
Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
