I could have lost more weight. I did not stop eating things I like. I did stop eating as much. I did not go out and buy a bunch of healthy foods andall like in the past and get tired of them in a few weeks. I still eat what I want but most of the time I can only eat 1 or 2 bites.
My goal is 20 lbs a month for the 1st 4 months. I plan on gearing up in the gym end of april 1st of may.
I was 2 pounds shy of my goal the 1st month but i know i can do it. The best thing is I do not feel deprived of food.
I eat and even go out to eat. I got big from overeating....losing it will take more than eating salads everyday....Lets be real. When you are big as me....340 at first....its the small things that count. I want to continue to see the results so going out and eating totally is okay with me. this is a lifestyle change that will have to stay with me after phen.......
