Well all I have been gone for about 3 months now.. had a lot of things to take care of in the family situation. I was taking care of everyone else but myself.. but now I can say I have gotten back on track.. Started back on consulting with my phrend, 2 weeks ago and I've have lost another 8 pounds.. the good news is that I didn’t gain any weight while leaving my phrend behind for 3 months.. I have been getting in a little exercise to keep toned.. Being with that said Yeeppeee!! I am almost out of the twos. I have 14 pounds to go and I will be down to 199.9 and happy.. Here are a couple of before & coming out of my shell Pics!!
