Talking Week 1 weigh in!
Just wanted to post my week 1 weigh in.

And the total is 12.8. I dont think I have ever lost that much in a week.

My hubby and I are going to the beach next week and my goal is to be below 290 by then.

Began taking phen 02-08 at a starting weight of 222lbs
My weight at the end of my initial three months on phen 05-08: 185 lbs
Back on phen!!!! Weight as of 08-13-08: 185
Week 1 08-20-08= 180lbs!!!!! YAY!!!! I will take any loss big or small

WOW! Good for you.. OK, you must share.. what'd you do all week? what'd you eat, how much water, did you excercise?

Well I ate about 1300 calories each day.. Lots of veggies and chicken. I had subway a couple of days.. Turkey on wheat.
I did excercise. I have the biggest loser dvds and I did those I think everyday except 2 I think. And I just tried to keep busy. Cleaning house more and up and about instead of on my butt all the time.
Water I drank about 80-100 ozs a day. Kept me peeing all night but I just kept telling myself I was peeing all the fat out...

Nothing secret but that is what I did.
