Default My First Weigh In Last WED 3-26-08..LOST 8lbs!!
Hello Everyone! This is my first time ever using a diet pill and I can say already its wonderful. My doctor would not prescribe me any because she says I am too young(20) and not really overweight(178lb b4 taking pill), so I had to go to a diet clinic. I am a soph in college and weighed 150lb and wore an 8 in jeans before coming to college. I immediately gained my Freshman lbs and by the end of the year I was 30lbs heavier and now wearing a 14 in jeans I tried working out and eating right but was not motivated although I constantly had to buy new and bigger clothes to fit. I am now determined to get this weight off and keep it off by exercising and eating more healthy along with taking phen! Wish me luck!!! Does anyone have any tips for me? One question I do have is that around 2-3pm everyday i become real dizzy and tired?? I didnt start feeling like this until I started taking phen. Any suggestions?

WELCOME AND GOODLUCK TO YOU!!!! AS FOR THE TIRED AND DIZZINESS THAT YOU EXPERIENCE, ARE YOU EATING ENOUGH DURING THE DAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO EAT WHILE TAKING THE MEDS OR IT WON'T WORK RIGHT. ALSO YOU NEED TO DRINK WATER MORE NOW THAN YOU DID BEFORE. YOU SHOULD BE DRINKING A HALF GALLON TO A GALLON OF IT THROUGHOUT THE COURSE OF A DAY. THAT MEANS BRING YOUR WATERBOTTLE WITH YOU TO ALL OF YOUR CLASSES AND KEEP FILLING IT UP. YOU WILL HAVE TO PEE ALOT BUT THAT IS ALL PART OF CLEANING OUT ALL OF THE BAD STUFF IN YOUR BODY.
