Default My first monthly weigh in.....
I had my weigh in at the doctors. 10.8lbs!!!!! and I'm a size lower. He gave me two more months supply. I'm going to exercise this next month and maybe a little more will shed off. I actually lost all of this the first week and now the last 3 weeks I've been maintaining it. I'm hoping with some exercise the numbers will go down some more. I feel great......but I'm wanting more!
START WEIGHT: 145 2/20/2008
GOAL WEIGHT by May 24: 132
GOAL WEIGHT by Jul 19: 125
GOAL WEIGHT by Nov 8: 115


Month 1 03.19.08: 134.4

Your a reflection of me when I weighed 137 I wanted lower and lowe and look at me now lord jesus. Wish i could say i was 130 something. Do some cardio that will help you. Run a treadmill or eliptical machine you will lose it. Enjoy your bod. I loved my body at 130 it was Hot....fire fire and more fire. hahaha
