I think I told you all that I have started going to the gym now. OK.. so please keep this in mind when you decide to do this...

TRAINERS ARE EVIL PEOPLE WHO GET PAID FOR INFLICTING PAIN ON US


Got it? Now don't forget! I seriously think my trainer is trying to kill me. Shes MEAN. She makes me do sit ups!!! AND I AM STUPID ENOUGH TO PAY THIS WOMAN.

Can anyone here recommend a good shrink?

I had a trainer also and when I left after working with him I puked 4 times. It hurt so bad and he never once was positive!! But I guess it's for the best!
Mother of two wonderful boys; ages 2 and 4!! Trying to lose a whopping 74 Lbs!!

I hate trainers!!! so so so much!!! They are always bugging me to get sessions too, im like LEAVE ME ALONE. There like damn car salesmen!!!!
