Default Ok girlies I'm now stuck.....help....
After reporting such a great weight loss, 33 pounds. Woo hoo.

Now, I am stuck. I haven't lost anything in over a week.

What do I do? I have not given up. I don't feel bad, other than I'm really frustrated when it comes to weighing.

I went to the gym today, and weighed before I worked out, and nope. Not one single pound.

Any and all ideas are well appreciated! I truly thought of eating a huge piece of chocolate cake.......lol.......maybe that would kick something.....

Help this poor stuck girl....

Sometimes that does help! Maybe not chocolate cake but my Dr. tells me to have a cheat day once a week. Some weeks I do and some I don't. Try it and see. Just don't go overboard! Or switch up your exercise.

I've been craving my favorite food.......crab legs, so I'm gonna take my free day for the week tomorrow and enjoy every last bite of them I hope this helps get me out of my rut and I start seeing the pounds drop once again.

Yes it is frustrating, I think MUSHY said her stall was for 2 months! ( I can't imagine) She kept doing everything right and then finally the scale dropped.
Anyway ... switched it up a bit.
Graphic mom says that the trainer from Biggest Loser has good advice for a stall, I can't quote it, I know it says sleep more, stop working out for a bit and something else. Not sure what else, but it's here somewhere. LOL

yup, uping your cals for a few days is good-as long as u are still doing it with 'healthy' foods!! also, taking a day to recover btwn workouts-changing how u work out-starting or increasing wt training...all good things for those plateaus. keep the faith!

I was stuck last month--- even went up several pounds, and I was forgetting to take my phen every day. But I got back on track, didn't deprive myself of anything, and the pounds are coming off again.
