
My Apple Bottom Jeans.....
Hi All,
I must say... I am happy this morning....after being bummed at my one month weigh in with the doctor. I had only lost 2 more pounds, but I had been sticking with the water and the treadmill and protein diet. She prescribed me Zoloft (50 mg) to take with the Phen to curve my cravings (TOM & chocolate) and I've been coming along o.k with that for the last few days.
But today, I put on my size 17-18 black Apple Bottom Jeans (that were line-dryed) and I am ecstatic. They are loose, frumpy feeling especially in the hips, butt and crotch. I feel great. I may have not lost a lot of pounds, but I lost inches, but I think I've gained muscle mass, which in time will eventually shrink, so I think that's my issue with the lack of weight loss. When I first started the treadmill I could barely go 2.5 mph, now I can go 3.7 mph at a 2% grade. I'm staying positive and on track.



SW - 258 lbs - 1/17/08
CW - 248 lbs - 1/25/08 - 10lbs Lost

CW - 246 lbs - 2/18/08 - 2 lbs Lost - Doc put on Zoloft
CW - 237 lbs - 3/7/08 - 9 lbs Lost

CW - 235 lbs - 3/19/08 - 2lbs Lost
GW - 170 lbs
