Thumbs up Oh my Goodness Guys Guess What?
Guys I just got on the scale and guess What? It said 178 lbs. I almost cried. This is working for me. I was so tired of being in the 180's. I am so proud of myself that I could cry and to thank all of you for your help, advice and encouragement. I have an extra kick in my step now.

Yes i do remeber and almost gave up after so many reported 10lb loss in a week. Well 6lb loss in a week sure isn't bad.

Sue I would love to say that I exercise but I didn't. 5 days a week we have a part time job at night for 2 hours cleaning a office building...now that's very physical. I cut carbs down to 20 and ate protein and veggies and fruit. I eat cottage cheese/jello when I crave sweets.
