2nd month results are in

I have been on phen for 8 weeks now and CLA for three weeks and the results are in. Drumroll please... I have lost 20 pounds. Yeah me!! I also did my measurements today and I have lost 4.25 inches from my chest, 3.5 inches from my waist, and 5 inches from my hips. 12.75 inches total. I am not sure about my arms and thighs because the dr. did not measure those to begin with. I did this without exercise, but my dr. said I am going to have to start exercising or my weight loss will slow down. I also need to work on toning my body now that I am losing the inches. I don't want loose skin. Well, I am going to take a break from phen this week to try to kick it back in gear. Hopefully I will not gain any while I am off of it. I hope everyone has a Happy New Years. I know mine is already off to a good start.

Wow good job..One Question what is CLA? I am on phend and have been on it since Dec.17 and have lost
15lbs.I to need to start working out .I can't believe how good the med works to control hunger!! Wish I would of known years ago..Well good luck and keep us posted..

Congrats to you!!! Looks like were on the same boat as of today I've been on phen and 5htp for 6 weeks and down 17lbs from 155!!! Keep it up

Thanks and to beth003, CLA isconjugated linoleic acid. It is suppose to help in the lose of inches. You can get it at walmart for about 12 bucks.

I know that I can do this. My first day starting Phen and I am ready to take this head on! Time to lose the baby weight!

cla is derived from plant seeds, its an oil that shrinks fat storages mostly in the stomach area. its all natural and will not hurt you, also helps lube up your joints like flaxseed oil

I lost 20lbs without exercising either. Now the phen doesn't do much for me as far as energy, like the first week I started. Maybe I should take a week off too? I'm going on to my second month. Did ur doctor say its ok to take the CLA with the phen??
