2nd month results are in

I have been on phen for 8 weeks now and CLA for three weeksand the results are in. Drumroll please... I have lost 20 pounds. Yeah me!! I also did my measurements today and I have lost 4.25 inches from my chest, 3.5 inches from my waist, and 5 inches from my hips. 12.75 inches total. I am not sure about my arms and thighs because the dr. did not measure those to begin with. I did this without exercise, but my dr. said I am going to have to start exercising or my weight loss will slow down. I also need to work on toning my body now that I am losing the inches. I don't want loose skin. Well, I am going to take a break from phen this week to try to kick it back in gear. Hopefully I will not gain any while I am off of it. I hope everyone has a Happy New Years. I know mine is already off to a good start.

Wow,you are doing awesome!!!! I know what you mean about toning.I am working on that too.
I take CLA also.I think that has really helped me out alot.
I hear you about the New Year being off to a good start

.My brother told me on Christmas Day that I am starting this year out a much different person.That was sweet of him to say that.He has been one of my biggest supporters.

Just Curious..... What is CLA? I have been on Phen now for 1 week 7.9 pounds gone....yeah!!! I am really glad there are people to talk with through this challenging time. Thanks Everyone!!
