Hi everyone............Just wanted to give you all an update

start weight August 5, 2006 - 304 lbs.
weight after 1 mo. 9/5/06 - 264 lbs.
weight after 2 mo.10/5/06 - 251 lbs.

53 lbs. lost TOTAL thanks to PHEN!!!!!!!!

crio515- The doctor took me off of phen because I was having heart palpitations. I wasn't even aware of this until after I started taking phen. The phen made them more noticeable.

He told me that we will probably take a differant route for weight loss after he gets me straight with my heart. I really wish I could have stayed on the phen because it worked so well. But oh well... I'll just have to try something else now.

Just wanted to share that I weighed in this week at 10lbs lighter....woo hoo.... This has been my first month.
