Hi all -
I'm a 52 yr old guy who started on Phentermine back in March.
As of today, I'm very close to 40 lbs gone -
Not bad for a few months! I started out just walking about a mile every other day, and gradually increased the exercise until I am at 4 miles every day - After the pounds started to come off, it was a lot easier to do the exercise.
And with the walking, it is easier to drink the required water (especially in the Summer) -
Anyway, it can be done, so stick in there -
