Congrats! Can I ask what you're doing as far as exercise? I'm into day 10 of phen and I've noticed some changes but would like to hear from others on what sort of routine they have.

I'm about to start my 5th year of college & I've put on 30 pounds since HS. I want to look BETTER than my HS graduation pictures & my younger sister who was blessed with metabolism.
Started Phen: June 27
6/27: 183
7/14: 174
7/26: 169lbs & 10.25 inches OFF
8/6: 165
STG: 150
LTG: 130
My routine:
-Don't weigh everyday. Judge progression by the way clothes fit.
-WATER, WATER, WATER...not even diet soda.
-2-3x's a week 30 minute cardio: Walk 2 miles, step aerobics, The Firm DVD's
-4x's a week tone with dumbbells. I HIGHLY recommend "The Body Sculpting Bible Express for Women: 21 Minutes a Day to Physical Perfection" by James Villepigue
