Last x-mas I went with my family on a cruise. When I got home and saw pics of me. It was the final straw in my desire to loose weight. At the time I weighed just over 224lbs. I had tried Phen about 5yrs ago. And while it helped. I didn't work out or try to cut back. So I vowed to change that this time.
So on Jan.18,2006. I started Phen and began to do the "Biggest Loser" workout dvd 5-days a week. I also, cut my calorie intake to around 1800. But, that is the only thing I measure. Not worried about carbs or fat grams. Just calories. Thus allowing me to eat what I like which should help me stay on the diet.
So as of last Saturday (4/1) I am down 27lbs. My ultimate goal is to weigh 180lbs. So I am half way to my goal. Hopefully, others will see this and know its possible.

WOW YOU LOOK GREAT.. I HOPE TO HAVE AS MUCH SUCESS AS YOU. I ALSO AM ONLY A CALORIE COUNTER 1200 A DAY. I THINK IT IS EASIER THAT WAY AND LIKE YOU SAID MAYBE WE WILL ACTUALLY STICK TO IT. KEEP POSITIVE

i really needed to hear (read) that zipbags. i did the same thing some years ago, taking phen, not exercising, not focusing on changing my eating habits. i am MUCH more aware of healthy eating now. do you order your pills off this website, or do you have your doctor fill a prescription for you? the other thing i do now, i go to a market to purchase my food. its fresher and not "messed" with. you look great!

Question? What happens to the skin as you lose the weight I don't want to have all this loose skin flapping around....
