Last x-mas I went with my family on a cruise. When I got home and saw pics of me. It was the final straw in my desire to loose weight. At the time I weighed just over 224lbs. I had tried Phen about 5yrs ago. And while it helped. I didn't work out or try to cut back. So I vowed to change that this time.
So on Jan.18,2006. I started Phen and began to do the "Biggest Loser" workout dvd 5-days a week. I also, cut my calorie intake to around 1800. But, that is the only thing I measure. Not worried about carbs or fat grams. Just calories. Thus allowing me to eat what I like which should help me stay on the diet.
So as of last Saturday (4/1) I am down 27lbs. My ultimate goal is to weigh 180lbs. So I am half way to my goal. Hopefully, others will see this and know its possible.
