Hello everyone! I have never posted anything but I have been visiting this website for a long time. I really wanted to share my success with everyone to hopefully motivate someone as you all have me.
I started my weightloss when I had my son who will be four years old in April. My weight before I was pregnant was 190lbs. My top weight while being pregnant was 230lbs. My weight at my six week checkup was 215lbs. Four years later I am 135lbs. It didn't take four years but I would diet for a while then take a break. But I have maintained my weight very well. My original goal was 140lbs. Then 130lbs. But I think I'm happy where I'm at. I definately don't won't to go under 130lbs.
Anyway to let you know how I did it. I only recently started working out. I did walk every once and while but mainly eating healthy and lots of water did the trick. I did take phentermine for one month just to help me jumpstart my weighloss from a long stand still. But mainly hard work and staying focused on my goals is what it took.
