I know how hard it is to be a "slave to the scale"! If I didn't see pounds dropping off the scale, I would give up quick! I have decided to dedicate myself to doing it all the way this time, whether I see pounds coming off or not. You also have to get your measurments each week. You may not see the scale dropping, but inches instead... especially if you are exercising because muscle mass weighs more than fat, but you would still be toning muscle and losing the fat.
